Nexwift360 Subscription Terms

1. Scope

1.1 These Subscription Terms govern self-service subscriptions to the Nexwift360 platform purchased online at https://nexwift360.com.

1.2 They are supplementary to the Nexwift Terms of Service published in the Nexwift Trust Center. Where a conflict arises in respect of a self-service Nexwift360 subscription, these Subscription Terms prevail.

1.3 They do not apply to Aram engagements, which are governed by the Terms of Service together with the applicable Order Form.

2. The Service

2.1 Nexwift360 allows a Customer to hire AI employees that respond to the Customer's own end customers across connected channels, drawing on knowledge the Customer supplies.

2.2 Each AI employee is subscribed to individually at a published monthly salary determined by its tier and by the optional skills and working-hours additions the Customer selects.

3. Pricing and Value-Added Tax

3.1 Current prices are published at https://nexwift360.com/pricing and form part of these Terms.

3.2 Prices are quoted in Saudi Riyals. Value-added tax at the statutory rate of 15% is added to the published net price; the store displays the VAT-inclusive total the Customer is charged, with the net price and the tax shown separately.

3.3 Nexwift may change published prices. A change does not affect a billing cycle already invoiced, and the Customer is notified before it takes effect for a subsequent cycle.

4. Billing Cycle, Payment and Renewal

4.1 A subscription is billed monthly in advance from the date the AI employee is hired.

4.2 Payment is by bank transfer or by mada or credit card through a licensed payment gateway. Card details are never stored on Nexwift systems; they are transmitted directly to the payment provider.

4.3 Where the Customer authorises card payment, the subscription renews automatically each cycle until cancelled.

4.4 Included monthly quantities do not accumulate and do not carry over to a following cycle.

4.5 Usage in excess of an included quantity does not interrupt the service. It appears as a separate line on the next invoice.

5. Free Tier

5.1 The Junior tier is free of charge, without time limit and without a card.

5.2 Nexwift may change the quantities included in the free tier on notice.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1 Cancellation and refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy published at https://nexwift360.com/refund.

7. Suspension and Termination

7.1 Nexwift may suspend a subscription for non-payment, for breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, or where continued operation poses a security or legal risk, in each case as set out in the Terms of Service.

7.2 The Customer may end any subscription at any time from the platform console, subject to the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
